Our approach

We tailor our approach to the specifics of each property. AREAS values hotel condominiums, commercial, residential, land and industrial properties, and focuses on quality reports used by private clients, financial institutions, property developers, accounting firms and lawyers.
Alongside valuations, AREAS provides consultation and advisory services for landlords, tenants and property owners — from the value of a proposed renovation to market information for a lease negotiation.

Shawn Brown

Active member of RICS since 2011.
Shawn is a property professional who has worked in the Bermuda real estate industry for around 15 years, in both the private and public sectors.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, he conducts the property valuations and appraisals required by financial institutions. His experience spans asset management, property management and valuation.
Shawn holds a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, a Postgraduate Diploma from the College of Estate Management and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
